Key Responsibilities:

The role provides immediate interim support for AP Antique 3 in managing a portfolio of 17 PFAs and 3,060 sponsored children. It ensures uninterrupted service delivery and prevents backlogs. By handling administrative tasks and sponsorship deliverables, the position enables the incoming CDA to focus on technical onboarding and system familiarization. The primary goal is to maintain organizational standards and ensure high-quality, timely support for sponsorship requirements and community-related activities until full operational efficiency is restored.

This is a fixed-term post for one year under Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support in processing Sponsorship Correspondences in the AP (non-database related BP).
  • Support the rich media volunteers for the taking of Child Greeting photos (CGP) /Child Greeting videos (CGV) during the recruitment process. And also assist the rich media volunteers for taking the Child Update Photo (CUP) and Child Update Video (CUV).
  • Assist the rich media volunteer in taking the outdated CGPs, CGVs and on hold RC. Provide tracking list.
  • Assist in printing the RC Monitoring template and provide to PO.
  • Performs other tasks as maybe assigned relevant to the sponsorship requirements in Area Program.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four-year degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Data Science, Community Development, or other social science–related fields, with a strong emphasis on data management.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative, office, or database support roles.
  • A dynamic team player with the flexibility to support both back-end data processing and field-based monitoring activities as needed.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and maintain productivity in demanding situations.
  • Possesses basic facilitation skills for community-based training.
  • Demonstrates strong organizing skills in working with children and facilitating community-based activities.
  • Exhibits excellent work attitude and professional ethics.
  • Willing to be based in Culasi, Antique, with readiness to conduct field work as required.
