Key Responsibilities:

Field Facilitators are responsible for supporting the Project Officer in coordination in the project area of operation and ensure compliance to donor and World Vision requirements and guidelines. They will work closely with the local communities, BHWs, BHSs, RHUs and other key stakeholders to achieve the project goal and outcome.

There are four Field Facilitators needed with work bases and corresponding areas, as follows:

  • Tacloban, Leyte – entire Province of Leyte
  • Borongan, Eastern Samar – entire province of Eastern Samar
  • Catbalogan, Samar – entire Province of Samar
  • Catarman, Northern Samar – entire Province of Northern Samar

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination and Project implementation in the area of operation/region as planned.
  • Support the Project Officer, coordinator and other Program Managers to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate approved activities as per programs design.
  • Ensure program compliance with accountability standards.
  • Co-ordinate with LGU, Local Authorities and Government and key stakeholder in the area in ensuring that the project intervention strategies are targeted to the appropriate target population.
  • Data collection, and other requested tasks by Project Officer, Project Manager, and Project Director.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Community Development/ Public health or related fields.
  • Two years’ of experience in field operation, project operation.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with local communities, partners and government authorities.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Local Language Skills.
