Team Leader - Empty Homes
Cobalt Housing LimitedThis role supports the delivery of Cobalt’s in-house Voids and Major Repairs Service, working closely with the Empty Homes Manager to ensure empty properties are returned to a safe, compliant, and lettable standard in line with agreed targets.
Operating within the Property Services Directorate, the Team Leader plays a key role in coordinating the delivery of void works across approximately 6,000 homes. The role focuses on operational oversight, performance management, and service improvement, ensuring contractors, suppliers, and internal teams deliver high-quality outcomes.
The postholder will work collaboratively across teams, with responsibility for line management of operatives. The role contributes to improving turnaround times, controlling costs, and enhancing customer experience, supporting Cobalt’s wider commitment to safe, well-maintained homes and thriving communities.

Cobalt Housing is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. We manage and maintain around 6,000 affordable homes in Fazakerley and Sparrow Hall, Croxteth and Norris Green.
