Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Design power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems
• Perform electrical load calculations and system analysis
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines
• Review and approve electrical shop drawings and material submittals
• Ensure designs comply with local and international electrical standards
• Participate in project planning, site inspections, and technical meetings
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical Communication Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, or other electrical design software
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and engineering standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in construction or industrial projects is an advantage
