This role requires a results oriented professional who can lead and develop high-performing sales teams, optimize Route-to-Market execution, strengthen distributor partnerships, and deliver sustainable volume, revenue, and market share growth.
Key Purpose Statement
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational excellence across the assigned region. The role provides strategic leadership to Area Sales Managers and frontline sales teams, ensuring excellence in sales execution, distributor management, customer engagement, and Route-to-Market (RTM) implementation. The Regional Sales Manager develops high performing teams through coaching, performance management, and capability building, while optimizing resources and strengthening customer and distributor partnerships. Through effective regional leadership and commercial execution, the role delivers business objectives, enhances sales force effectiveness, and reinforces the company's market leadership.
