Key Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in large-scale hotel development projects
• Degree in Construction Manager or similar
• Proficient in MS Projects
• Experienced in FIDIC Contracts
• Site based role in Ethiopia
• Must have prior experience working in Africa
• Please note this is a 1 year contract
