Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations during the night shift, handling guest requests, and performing daily accounting and audit tasks to ensure accurate hotel records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations during the night shift.
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and balance daily financial reports and transactions.
  • Verify room charges, payments, and revenue records for accuracy.
  • Complete end-of-day accounting and audit procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
  • Maintain security and monitor hotel activities during the night shift.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous experience in front office, accounting, or hospitality operations is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
