Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations within the hotel. The successful candidate will supervise the maintenance team, ensure all hotel facilities and equipment are properly maintained, and support smooth and safe hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
  • Lead and support the maintenance team in completing assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure all hotel equipment, facilities, and systems are functioning properly.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and repair work.
  • Inspect hotel areas regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.
  • Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inventory.
  • Assist with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Good technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and maintenance regulations.
