Function: Production 

Reports to: Production Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Program Duration: 12-month paid internship program

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Intern to support technical, operational, and process improvement activities across our Primary and Make & Pack operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in manufacturing, efficiency improvement, and data-driven problem solving.

What you will do:

• Observe production processes, collect data, and help identify bottlenecks, losses, and improvement opportunities.
• Support daily production routines with Team Leads, Maintenance Leads, and Process Leads.
• Assist in monitoring process parameters, documenting abnormalities, and updating logs.
• Support IWS-related activities, including defect handling, time studies, standard work reviews, and daily management routines.
• Participate in basic root-cause analysis discussions and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare simple reports, charts, and Power BI dashboards to support improvement projects.
• Assist with centerline checks, changeover preparation, and routine documentation.
• Follow all EHS guidelines and support safety compliance on the shop floor.

Who we are looking for:

• Fresh graduate in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Production Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
• Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working on the shop floor.
