Role purpose: The Enterprise Systems & Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise business systems, billing processes, internal SIM/device management, and automation of enterprise sales platforms. The role ensures seamless integration between sales operations, system platforms, and billing environments to enable efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and revenue assurance.

 



Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DECISION OWNERSHIP: 

  1. Enterprise System Management 

• Support stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise sales and operational systems

 • Work with IT teams on system enhancements, configurations, and minor upgrades 

• Ensure systems support end-to-end business processes across sales, product, billing, and operations 

• Monitor system performance and resolve or escalate operational incidents 

• Support testing, validation, and rollout of system enhancements

 2. Billing & Revenue Operations Management

• Support accurate billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes 

  •  Coordinate billing configurations with finance, IT, and billing teams 

• Resolve billing discrepancies affecting enterprise customers 

• Support automation and improvement of billing workflows and reporting 

• Ensure data accuracy across billing and revenue systems 

3. Internal SIM & Device Management 

• Manage lifecycle of enterprise SIMs, devices, and operational assets 

• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records 

• Coordinate provisioning, activation, and decommissioning processes 

• Support internal requests and issue resolution 

4. Sales System Automation 

• Support CRM, pipeline, and order management automation initiatives 

• Assist in system enhancements to improve sales efficiency 

• Participate in digital transformation initiatives

 • Support testing, documentation, and rollout of automation tools 

5. Sales Operations Support 

• Provide system and operational support to enterprise sales teams 

• Support order management and service provisioning coordination

 • Ensure timely execution of sales operational workflows 

• Coordinate issue resolution across sales, product, billing, and technical teams

6. Process Improvement & Governance 

• Support standard operating procedures (SOPs)development and process documentation • Ensure compliance with governance, financial controls, and operational standards 

• Identify inefficiencies and support automation initiatives • Maintain operational knowledge documentation

 • Ensure adherence to internal governance, financial controls, and operational standards 

• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to automation or simplification initiatives

 • Support documentation and knowledge management for operational processes and system workflows

Qualifications

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field 

• At least 2 years’ experience in enterprise operations, telecom systems, sales operations, or billing environments 

• Experience with CRM systems and enterprise tools

 • Working knowledge of telecom billing and revenue processes 

• Experience in sales operations and workflow management 

• Strong Excel and basic BI reporting skills 

• Exposure to process automation tools and workflows 

• Understanding of enterprise sales processes and order management 

Desired 

• Telecom or enterprise B2B experience

 • Exposure to full sales order lifecycle (request to delivery) 

• Experience in billing assurance or revenue controls 

• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives 

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools 

• Basic understanding of API/system integrations 

• Experience handling large datasets and operational insights 

• Project support experience in cross-functional environments
