KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, within delegated authority):
i.Regular review and updates to project results frameworks for alignment to corporate and donor requirements and operational contexts.
ii.Design and implement baseline, mid and end-line surveys as required – corporate and donor specific.
iii.Provide oversight for the implementation of process, output, and outcome monitoring activities in all project sites.
iv.Participate in the design and implementation of a research agenda for school feeding and resilience building activities.
v.Regular review of project indicators to ensure alignment with the corporate logframe as well as donor requirements.

vi.Regular review and updates of M&E tools for school feeding and resilience building activities.
vii.Enhance the visualization of project outputs and outcomes through relevant and creative digital and analogue platforms.
viii.Coordinate and consolidate data collection, analysis and reporting for school feeding, resilience building and cross-cutting activities and indicators.
ix.Lead the dissemination of project performance results to both internal and external stakeholders.
x.Provide oversight for the digital reporting platform for resilience activities including innovation for improvement and responsiveness of the M&E tools and system requirements.
xi.Coordinate effective partner reporting.
xii.Provide training, capacity and skills building support for field M&E officers, field monitors, cooperating partners, and third-party monitors.
xiii.Develop regular corporate and donor reports.
xiv.Actively participate in the development of funding proposals, ensuring that M&E requirements are adequately addressed and aligned to both donor and corporate requirements.
xv.Actively participate in the development and review processes of corporate planning and implementation tools such as the Country Strategic Plan (CSP) and Monitoring plans/frameworks
xvi.Lead the documentation of best practices and lessons learnt, thereby contributing to the realization of the knowledge management pillar for M&E.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE FOR ENTRY INTO THE ROLE: To effectively manage the outlined deliverables, a person should possess:
• Strong analytical skills combined with proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools, with additional proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis software and applications.
• Experience in designing and implementing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, baseline, mid-line, and end-line surveys within international development contexts is crucial.
• Excellent project management skills, with an ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder activities and manage partnerships.
• Strong communication, training, and capacity-building skills are essential to support field staff and ensure alignment with corporate and donor requirements.
• Familiarity with digital reporting platforms and innovative M&E technologies, along with creative data visualization capabilities, is also important.
• Desirable:
o A background in school feeding and resilience-building initiatives would significantly benefit the role.
o Ability to work independently, and with teams, requiring minimal supervision.

• Effective oversight of process, output, and outcome monitoring activities.
• A comprehensive research agenda focusing on school feeding and resilience building activities.
• Regular updates of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools for measuring the impact of school feeding and resilience building initiatives.
• Consolidated data collection, analysis, and reporting mechanism for school feeding, resilience building, and associated activities.
• Regular corporate and donor reports showcasing project progress and impact.
STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
For someone aiming to excel in this role, a combination of advanced education in development-related fields with specialized training in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and project management would be ideal.
Education: bachelor’s degree in development studies, social sciences, statistics, economics, and public administration.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience in designing and implementing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, baseline, mid-line, and end-line surveys within international development contexts. A background in school feeding and resilience-building initiatives would significantly benefit the role.

Knowledge & Skills: Certification in Project Management, specialized Certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Training in Data Visualization and Reporting Tools (desirable)
Languages: Fluency (level C) in English language
