Caregiver

Successful candidates will be required to complete an online caregiver training programme as part of the preparation and recruitment process. Candidates with previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, elderly care, nursing support, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

For suitable candidates and qualifying positions, employer sponsorship may be available, subject to the employer's requirements and applicable Irish employment and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific care setting, responsibilities may include:

• Providing compassionate and respectful care to elderly or vulnerable individuals
• Supporting clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Assisting with mobility and routine activities
• Supporting clients with meal preparation and basic household tasks
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
• Following care plans, workplace procedures, and safeguarding requirements
• Working professionally with families, healthcare professionals, and other members of the care team

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should:

• Have good spoken and written English
• Be willing to complete the required online caregiver training
• Be willing to undergo the employer's recruitment and assessment process
